After I got done in Egypt, I sent my sim to China.
I have 4 more days, So far no freezing after 2 days.
Also able to excavate in China where the 2 big rocks are.
Finally they fixed the excavate bug hopefully that means the cars piling up in sims inventories has been fixed as well.
