I think there's an issue with downloading the store or maybe the server is swamped. Wait a few hours (or days) and try again
@Greenowl77: Not sure how it works but I'll add your report. I take it you removed all mods if you had any ?
@Missnix: Any CC in your game ? Are your graphic drivers up-to-date ? What's your card ?
@lilsoapspudz: I've tried. Don't see any issues. So it's happening with ALL outfits ?
@Imeera: Are you playing an existing game and does all this happen in a new one as well ? Sounds like your neighborhood corruption to me. And please for future posts, try to put some punctuation in your posts. I'm German speaking and your text is very hard to read for me.

@mrswoo5: Did you try to move them away from the wall as gr1zzly suggested ?
@gr1zzly: No, if you did not do that, you don't need to. I thought that might trigger the error but if you have not done so, that's not it. Could you add some extra info to what you tried (whatever comes to mind like new Sim/existing sims, already had the ability, didn't, ...)
