The first time I tried using bait was a pre-existing game. Could not use bait.
The pre-existing game was in Hidden Springs.
Sim had level 2 fishing
Tried with a game I started after installing the patch.
Fishing with bait at home and in Egypt could use bait.
Sim had level 2 fishing.
It may be pre-existing games won't be able to use bait.
Or it may be Hidden Springs.
I don't have any other pre-existing games.
