That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

Maybe they changed where they are located. Have you checked in the collections folder. I think that is new. If it is empty, maybe that is where downloads are kept now. In any case, it isn't a bug. Downloads that are installed have always shown up in game regardless of whether they showed up in the launcher or not.
I understand that. And it certainly isn't the worst bug, since the items still do show up in game and are usable. However, the problem with them NOT showing up in the list of installed content makes it very difficult to individually uninstall a single piece of custom content (for example an item that may be broken as a result of the patch). Installed Sims3Packs should always show in the list of installed content on the launcher.
