Mine do. The only thing I can think of is that one of your folders is empty or maybe a file that points to that folder is corrupt. That doesn't mean it is a bug. It means there is something wrong with your install. Since I haven't kept up with all the changes they have made, that is all I can tell you. You might try reinstalling your downloaded content from the launcher if it is showing in the download section to see if it reappears in the installed section of the launcher. Most likely it will throw an error saying that it is already installed but that would be better than doing nothing. Just try one package at a time.
