@smjjames: This is what MTS has to say about the card: At least some if not all of Nvidia's cards with G86 and G84 cores are defective. They they do not handle heat like they should. This includes all GeForce 8400/8500/8600/8700 cards. They state a Maybe to if the games work.
I suggest you post your graphic issue in the technical section. Maybe someone who knows more about graphic cards can help you better.
@paperbags90: The pic is very dark. Can't really see what the issue is.
@Wai_Te_Ata: Could you try if you have the same issue with a sim that does not have the skill yet ?
@Dahlia0560: Any custom content in your game ? What's your graphic card ?
