Two cannot play on separate accounts, the games are only able to be registered once. They can, however take turns, but since it's only good for one account, that's about all you can do... sorry...

You can have as many savegames as you want. So each can start a new game and play with that.
They just need to make sure to start the right game afterwards. Maybe give the savegame the name of your child or something.
