@eefs123  Sometimes, all it takes to get your packs to reappear is to restart your computer a few times.  If that doesn't help, perhaps clearing Origin's cache will:

It's also possible that your packs have been removed from your account.  This could be a mistake, but if you bought the packs from an unauthorized third-party seller, EA may have deactivated the codes.  In the past year, EA has been systematically cancelling codes that were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulentlly obtained, even though the players have no idea that there was any issue with their purchases.  To find out whether this is the case for you, you'd need to contact EA customer support.  No one here can see your account details, much less change them.

If you did buy the packs through a legitimate seller, it would be useful to have any proof of purchase (photos of discs, receipts, etc.) on hand for the chat.
