@kishube  What mods do you use?  Some can help with this kind of issue; others may contribute.  If there are any adult-themed mods on the list, don't name them, just mention them by creator (I'll know which one(s) you mean), but it's otherwise fine to name the mods you're using.

One thing you can try regardless is evicting your sim and moving him back in via Edit Town.  As long as you don't replace him with another copy, he'll keep his job and any relationships that are still intact, although he'll lose his promised wishes and opportunities.  You can split him from the household so the other sims aren't affected.  And you can use "save as" to rename the save, so if this doesn't help, your original save is intact; this is helpful anyway to create an extra copy for experimenting on while not affecting the original version.

Be sure to delete the five cache files in your Sims 3 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts before trying this, and afterwards too (after you save as, be sure to quit and reload to see the full effects).  For reference, the files are:
