dun dun dun dunnnn hammer time...or if the blueprints were used to build your sims house then you can have them move to a new house wait untill they have moved in as the game will not let you edit town until the move is complete then save your game go to edit town find the old lot the blueprint one then bulldoze it and place a house on it or whatever building you want
