Re: Bought games online on old laptop, any way to recover them?

I have tried to recover them on Origin just now. It says they were installed but they don't appear anywhere and don't appear anywhere on my laptop either ☹️

if your game is patched up to date and it does say they are installed check in your launcher expansion/stuff pack manager that they are ticked in (not installed) just ticked in
