i tried that "testingcheatsenabled" but that seems to be bugged too? dont know what to do.

it's a known bug no patch for it yet the spawners are too far underground what you need to do go to build buy place a pool or a hottub lthis will help to show up the spawners 3 cheats are needed ( you wont need to keep the pool or the hottub just sell the hottub or use the hammer on the pool )

buydebug on
moveObjects on
once your under the ground grab the spawner (a white box) move it above ground (the sims wil then be able to stomp the bugs) turn the cheats off in reverse order
moveObjects off buydebug off testingcheatsenabled false
