Hi,

I don't think it's possible to sell houses that you've made on The Sims 3 game for real life money. However, you can upload them to the Exchange for free and let everyone download your house from there.

    Well, it depends on how you would go about it. Personally, I don't really think that people would want to pay for houses - but I know that some (if you do a really good job) will gift you on the Sims 3 website. 

    It's always a good idea to build up a good reputation in the Creative Corner and maybe see if you can join the BUILDTheSims or the DNA crowd.
