Store not showing items i purchased

just had to get a new pc .reinstalled sims 3 fine and all the addons    except things ive bought over the years are not showin up in my account/purchase  so  cant add them back into the game win 11 game runs fine but nothing i paid for is showing up for me to download

ive had sims3 since 2009

please advice
