@geckosarefunky  There are a few relatively simple troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Download only one item at a time.
  • Open the launcher before downloading.
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Use a different browser; Firefox and Internet Explorer work best with the store.
  • Try downloading either from an item's product page or from your purchase history, whichever one you haven't been doing.

If these don't help, try downloading into a clean game folder.  Move your Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and open the launcher to spawn a clean folder.  Then download just one item and see whether it works.  If it does, you can download the rest of your store stuff in small batches, no more than six or so items at a time.  The files will land in Downloads inside your new game folder, and you can move them to Downloads inside your old game folder, trash the new folder, and put the old one back.  Then open the launcher to install the content as normal.
