Re: Can't log in inside of game Sims 3 Windows/Mac

@lm8107f0edt7  I tested when you first posted and had no trouble signing in, although it did take longer than usual.  It worked again just now as well.  So I'm wondering if the issue is something on your account or perhaps your email address.

Can you login to the store site without any issues?  Please test if you haven't in the last few days.

It's common for the first login attempt to fail; just keep trying and let me know whether you can get in eventually.

    I have done so, I had no issue logging into the site or origin itself

    Hi @lm8107f0edt7,

    Please also check that you're signing in using the correct login details- you can verify if you're on the correct EA account by checking for The Sims 3 in your EA App library, looking over your Order History for purchase history on The Sims 3 and checking any emails you have for the order receipt from when you purchased this game.
