Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

Hey, how yall doing?

Recently i have bought "The sims 3" from my girlfriend, on steam.
She was very excited to play, it really makes her nostalgic.
She played for about 2 hours, then saved the game, closed. Few hours later she was back again to play on her save, it was there, but when she tried to load it...

"Serious error loading "(Save name) . sims3", we reccomend strongly to restart the application."

I thought just the save was corrupted, but when we tried to create a new game, the same happens...
Same error, the save name in the error was replaced with "SunsetValley" or whatever the region trying to loading in was.
I saw in many places that The SIms 3, has very poor compatibiliy with newer GPUs, i have an intel i3 9th gen, Gtx 1070.

I have tried everything, changing the .sgr files, turn off anti-virus , re-open the games millions times ,download again , restart the pc, changing game logs, even installed GraphicRulesMaker for the sims, one drive desabling..
Nothing really works...
Can somebody help?
