HELLO EVERYONE! Help. I have the 32bit version of the Sims 3 game installed, but it keeps crashing and the sound is bad. I have a 2022 Mac, I think it needs the 64bit version. How do I do this?
darinapaslavska If you have a 2022 Mac, you already have the 64-bit verison installed, since a Mac this new can't run an operating system that's old enough to run 32-bit apps at all. You couldn't even install the 32-bit version, much less run it for any length of time.
When you say the sound is bad, what exactly do you mean? Are you using the computer's built-in speakers or something else (and what), and does another sound device work better? Please do test the built-in speakers if you haven't already.
Please also list the expansions you have installed and the world(s) in which you're playing. And list your specific model of Mac (not only year but chip and RAM), which you can see under About This Mac.
