@SimTresa  Yes, you probably deleted the email with the product code you needed to use to register the world on the Sims 3 Store site.  I've merged your post with the master thread that explains how to do this, and also how to get a refund for your purchase since you have no way of using it now.  Please see the first post on page one for more details.

    Thank you. So a funny thing happened. I went into my EA account to see if I was still eligible for a refund because I forgot the exact order date - and I found the product code in my order history. I am so embarrassed. It still works and the pack has been downloaded.
