Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I finally figured it out. When you purchase a new expansion through EA you will receive an email from ea with your order summary. Within that email a game code should be provided (ex. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Launch your sims game and pause when you get to the launcher. On the right hand side you’ll see the daily deal. Click on the “save XX%” this will take you to the sims 3 store. Log in there, click your username at the top left hand corner and click “store account” then “Redeem a code”. From there type in your code from earlier. Next, under “My store account” under the sims 3 logo click “purchase history”. You should see the town you’ve just purchased and should be able to download it. Go back to the launcher and install that town under “downloads”. Everything should be all set.
