My Sims 3 Account is not syncing with my registered games
Hello,
I am having a synchronization issue with The Sims 3 Store. My EA account successfully shows that I own and have registered "The Sims 3 Base Game", "Ambitions", and "Supernatural" on my community profile page (username: soolvidela).
However, whenever I try to download any item from The Sims 3 Store, the website throws a pop-up error saying "Please register your game to access full site features".
Since the games are already registered to my account, I cannot re-enter the product keys (it says they are already used). Could you please manually sync my EA App entitlements/licenses with The Sims 3 Store database so the store recognizes my games?
