So last year I purchased Sims 3 Monte Vista and it never downloaded into my game. When I first bought I just assumed that eventually it would correct itself and download...it did not. I'm not looking for a refund it was only $10, I just want the Monte Vista pack, especially seeing as I've paid for it. Can anyone help?
I'm eager to see the replies. I bought Monte Vista in a World Bundle with Hidden Springs through the EA app years ago and they both played fine. Somewhere along the way, MV disappeared. When I try to download it again from the Sims 3 Store, it only gives me the option to purchase it. In the EA app, under manage add-ons, it says I own it but lists the status as "in-game content" instead of "installed." But I have no option in-game to access the world, build/buy items, not even my previous saved games in that world. If I start a new game, it is not even listed under "Select a Town" with the little coin icon to purchase. Not sure where it went...
This happened to me too but I just bought it today.. ? Haven’t figured out yet where I am able to contact EA about this because I do want a refund if I’m not able to download it haha.

Me too, I really just want the content lol. I was able to play with it once because I downloaded it from somewhere else (after I purchased it and it didn't work). But even that didn't work fully and made my game glitch a lot more and this week I just redownloaded Sims 3 so of course my mods and cc aren't there.
