Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I can't redeem a code for Dragon Valley World on sims 3 store website.

I purchased sims 3 Dragon Valley Gold Edition on EA app and got an recipt email. I tried to register the code in Sims3 store for download and got a message that the code has already been used. I visited EA Help and tried to contact EA Help. Although I submitted my issue and saw "Thanks for submitting your issue. Choose an option for more help.",  I couldn't get any response and even couldn't find any history on my cases. I sent e-mail several times to EA Help  and got replies that there is a technical issue and it is  unable to make any changes to my account.

It's been more than 3 days  since I didn't et any real help. I want a realistic solution.
