Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I purchased the expansion pack through the EA App, I took the product code and entered it into sims3 and it says it’s already been used. 

I talked to a live agent online and they said they can’t help me because I used the code, I kept telling them that the code has been used / it’s not showing that I purchased it. They told me they couldn’t help me at all. Just annoyed I purchased it and I get a code that doesn’t work. I tried to see about getting a new code and they say I’ve used mine even though the message says it’s been used.

not sure what to do at this point. Not sure if it’s worth buying again lol.

    Mine is the exact same way but i got the gold version. I bought it as a birthday gift for myself and I can't even play the world NOR get any of my gold. No wonder everyone hates them. I hate them even more after this.

    I totally agree with you. I tried to re-enter my code in to see if it would register but it says it's used already. I wish I knew before I bought it on the EA App vs the sims3 site.
