Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install
On January 1, 2026 I purchased two world, "Monte Vista" & "Hidden Springs" along with several others add-ons. The two world never showed where to download. In fact the DOWNLOAD link was never highlighted. When I contacted EA about this problem I was ignored for weeks. I finally got a Case number and talked with a Tech. I gave his everything needed and then we got disconnected. He never reached out to me after that.
I finally got a new Case number and talked with another Tech, but his only solution was to clink on the download and all would be well. He told me to check Sims3 purchase history, but my purchased worlds are not listed. These two worlds are still not in my game and I've no way to get them. But the time I finished looking for the download button that had a link attached, the Tech decided that he had solved my problem and disconnected me. Now my Case number will not allow any more discussion. Can someone please help me? I've reached out to EA many times, but no response.
