Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Windows 11.  I bought and installed Sims3 a few months ago from a DVD.  It has worked well, and I've added a few ad-ons (Seasons, Movie Stuff) via online purchase.  A few days ago, I purchased Barnacle Bay.  It shows up in my EA online ad-on management page, but that is the only place.  It does not show up when I try to start a new game.  I've checked online for answer (clear the DCcache, etc.) and done everything I can find.  I checked my "Purchase History" and none of my purchases show up, though again, all of them work except Barnacle Bay.  Can you tell me how I can get Barnacle Bay to work?  I find no place where I can install it again, my EA launched only tells me I purchased it and that it's in my in game.  It's not.  Help if you can, or give me my money back, please, if you can't.  Thank you.
