Hi all,

I bought the Sims 3 Roaring Heights add on a couple of weeks ago and am still not able to install the add on, even though it should be downloaded and installed automatically.

Any advice on how to download and install the add on? Haven't had this issue with my former add ons.

Check your email for a receipt, there is a code -> Go to Sims 3 website -> My account -> Redeem a code and write the code from the receipt there -> then go to your purchase history and you'll find it there (download and install via Launcher).
