@Azeroth_Guard70 You're already taken the usual steps to troubleshoot this issue, as you likely already know. It sounds like your packs may have been deactivated by EA. This could be a mistake, but if you bought the packs through an unauthorized third-party seller, it's also possible that you received bad codes. EA has been cancelling such codes for two years now, often months or years after the packs were originally registered.
To find out if this is what's happend to your packs, you'll need to contact EA customer support so that someone on that end can look at your account. If you did in fact buy from an authorized seller, it would be helpful to have any proof of purchase or ownership (receipts; photos of discs, cases, and inserts; etc.) to provide to the support rep.
