Re: Sims 3 expansions not showing up in game launcher after account merge

Hello,

I need some help with my Sims 3 add-ons. I have successfully downloaded and installed 6 add-ons through EA Play.

However, although these expansions appear in the EA Play app and I can download them without any issues, they do not show up in the Sims 3 Launcher. I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, including: Performing a full clean boot, clearing the EA App cache, repairing the game and reinstalling the expansions.

But none of these solutions seem to work. The expansions are not recognized by the Sims 3 Launcher, even though they are visible and downloaded in the EA Play app. I haven't received any error messages, so I'm not sure what’s going wrong.

I originally bought them on disk back in the day, but some years I ago I had them transferred to my Origin account.

Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

    After talking with EA HELP they managed to fix it, so I have access to my packs again!

    Hey! Could you share the solution that worked? I'm talking to the 5th person on the support team and they don't find a working solution.
