i feel for you i really do ,you will have to contact CS  as they can deal with code issues emails account issues

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    I found out this is not what I was looking for.. everytime when I click on contact a game expert the thing takes me to a page where I can fill in wich game I mean and what kind of problem it is.. then it sends you to a forum where the answer obviously isn't to be found and when you have a problem you can do the whole circel again and again without any results :S pretty frustrating .. 

    Do you have a solution?

    Can't find that button ..  It was there 2 days ago but now it just doesn't appear on my screen anymore .. I guess EA realy doesn't like me
