I just purchased a bundle pack from them, I got the freebies, but no expansion pack, and no answers from anyone at origin or ea. I won't be buying things from them again. This is supposed to be a stress reliever, I feel like my head is about to blow off!!!
log into your origin accunt download your game from there https://help.ea.com/article/how-do-i-download-my-new-game-on-origin
hi tyler that other reply was for the other poster...have you tried logging in to the sims 3 site and downloading from the exchange there ? if you can find the link and copy/paste it here to see if i can downlod it
