I just purchased a bundle pack from them, I got the freebies, but no expansion pack, and no answers from anyone at origin or ea. I won't be buying things from them again. This is supposed to be a stress reliever, I feel like my head is about to blow off!!!

I have already tried that. I am always logged in to Origin / The Sims 3. I have tried numerous times of possible solutions but none I could think of worked.
hi tyler that other reply was for the other poster...have you tried logging in to the sims 3 site and downloading from the exchange there ? if you can find the link and copy/paste it here to see if i can downlod it
- Sorry, it's been a week now and I tried to get the lot on the exchange but I cannot get it since it is not that recent. I know it was a re-making of an apartment building from Late Night. The name of it I recall is 'Bridgeports's Finest'. That is all u know so far. Sorry.
