Try clearing your internet browser history. Use firefox or IE , if using Chrome or Safari the sims 3 web may give you issue. Dont try to download through your launcher, download while directly on the web. Don't try to download form the items direct link use your purchase history instead. Run your mouse over the store, run your mouse over my store account, click on purchase history and download dragon valley from there. Your launcher should automatically open and download
