hmm check bank status over paid transactions do not waste time on IT data that could be already registrated but they never somehow got the money.

if above statement is correct most company will take action on this , and in most cases its always is custommer that loose.
( yes it can happend that company do mistake, i bet you will get Money back most company do this. )
not the first time i have seen banks revoke payment for missing cash on bank account,(banks can do this without you know this ) this is you as customer that need to check this out before you end up with bad standing with a game company.
i dont work for EA , i just have seen so many odd things happend over several years. try see it as informations you need to check up on, if you not already have done this.
( dont know every bank in the world but , mine can cancel all transactions apox14dages "max 14 bankdays" apox 3-4 weeks depend on holidays. )

you should talk with EA and get a ticket and get a dialog with it a i bet send them screenshort of this where did money go so they can track it down, ( try see this is 1 among many and they need to locate what happend to it. )
