I made 2 households one is a couple that i still cant get in a relationship, and another is a family of 6 and i forgot to make the parents married. and the option to do anything like that just doesnt pop up. ever. and i dont know how to do the other option.

go to the ...edit town click on your household then you have options to move out the household click the evict one which will place them to a clipboard in the top left you will see an image of them click that and place back into the house or save to the library and move them back in
