Not sure what you mean ? What other worlds ? If you mean the icons in the drop down menu, that's just a (in)convient way to buy more worlds. You don't need to.

Turn off the ingame shop in your options and you won't see those anymore. Sometimes the ingame shop doesn't recognized installed worlds properly but that just means that the worlds are in the lists twice. Once with an icon and once without. Just choose the one without to play the world
