Re: Home or Hostel?

It's solved!  Yay!  One of my Sims returned to China, and was offered the choice of base camps -- the regular hostel, or the vacation home.  Chose the vacation home, and the fridge works again, and I was able to go into buy mode and replace it anyway because of the green fumes.  All is well.  Sorry to bother.
