no not the memory card the video card a.k.a. graphics card or chip depending on the computer have him have a look at the link i included , hope you get it sorted soon 🙂

it still wont work, i think ill contact my uncle for a new graphic card, i hope he can get it fixed for me, meanwhile i think i just will need to play with this distorted problem then..
gonna get new graphics card, figured out what i have and its not working with pets...thanks alot for the help 🙂
