@7063365e27bce78f  Open the EA App, then your game library, click Sims 3, and download it from there.  Or if the game is already installed, you should be able to launch it.

If Sims 3 isn't showing as owned in your game library, you may have signed into a different EA account than the one you were using before.  Please try signing in with any email address you have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" if you're not sure what password you might have used.  Any address associated with an EA account should receive a password-recovery email.  Be sure to check the spam filter as well as the inbox.
