Re: How do I redeem my game after signing into the sims 3 store?

@Kindtoughgirl200  If you have a disc copy of the game, the code you need is the same as the one you used to install.  Scroll down to the bottom of the store page, click Register a Game, and then enter the 20-character code.

If you bought Sims 3 from Steam, the code will be listed in your Steam library.  Click on the Sims 3 entry, then CD Keys, and copy the code.

If you bought it from Origin, you shouldn't need to register your game, as long as you're using the same email address as you do in your Origin account.  If you do need that code though, open your Origin library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Game Properties.  The code will be listed as a CD Key.
