if you bought a digital download you will need to download origin to your computer then once that is download and installed log into your account from the origin shortcut on the desktop with the email and password you used to create the account then in the my games tab right click the game icon-download IF it asks for the code during installation hover the mouse over the game icon then click on the i a window should pop open with the cod eon it have pen and paper handy

if on a disk the code will be on the back of the leaflet how to install the game

is your computer PC or Mac so i can get a link/s to download the origin as the Mac version of origin is slightly different
