I waited another hour to chat with so called support. And all I get was advice to reset the computer :D
I doubted it of course but he insist on it so after short conversation ("this will fix the issue for you." and "It will work for you") i did it.
And, surprise! surprise! no effect ]:->
it's quite late in the night in my timezone so I'm going to bed but i will continue this soap opera tomorrow 😉 Are your support ninjas working on saturdays?
