@myriahguyton See if you can install a new graphics driver from Intel. HP software might block the install, but it's worth trying.

@myriahguyton You download the .exe and run it. It's a graphics driver, not a card, and it should supercede the already installed driver without your having to uninstall anything. There's a possibility that HP software will block the install, but that's fine, just let me know.
