i just bought some games and its glitching

i bought some games that i needed to re buy because ea took them off (thanks alot) 😞 and it has lines going across the screen like its nonplayable please help i have this same issue with sims 2

@myriahguyton  You download the .exe and run it.  It's a graphics driver, not a card, and it should supercede the already installed driver without your having to uninstall anything.  There's a possibility that HP software will block the install, but that's fine, just let me know.
