@chef550212 Just checking, but have you done all of these steps, at the same time and in order, before trying to sign in again?
- Change your password to something containing only letters and numbers
- Clear the cache for Internet Explorer specifically
- Move the Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts
If doing all of those steps together doesn't help, try signing in within a new admin Windows account.
