Really? No one knows what's wrong? I've followed all the instructions and even the sims website itself said that those products would appear in my purchase history. It's been over 10 hours since I've registered them with their reedeem codes.
the island paradsie for downloding hould be in your orign account and the dragon valley in the sims 3account for the dragon valley issue try contact CS so they can look at your account and see what's up
