Thanks for your reply! Just solved the issue with customer support. LIke you said, I had to update the patch to 1.55. It's working fine now. Goodluck with yours! 😕mileyhappy: are you using a mac by any chance, because there are two types of patches. One for mac and one for windows.

may i ask u what the customer support told u to do if u dont mind posting it. as im just woundering if the up date most of us have the updates on urtomatic update if they have sent the mac and not pc download? mmmmm
my downlode came down fine untill i try to play the game then i have a message saying
there was a error during setup. please see the log for more details

would it help to delete the last update and reinstal it if so can u tele me step by step on how to do it
