Try if turning off kapersky temorarily works to see if that is interfereing.
 It still won't start with Kaspersky disabled.
I thought I would also mention that I have Advanced System Care 7.3 Pro installed, in case that might be causing problems, but the game ran for weeks even after I had installed it. I'm beginning to wonder if I downloaded something in a Windows Update that may have caused the problem.
