- A detailed description of what is occurring: Open Origin ==> Click on Sims 3 Island Paradise ==> Click Download ==> Says "Preparing Download" for anywhere from 10 second to approx. 1 min ==> Window pops open saying "Cannot Download at this Time, Error Code 65538:15000, Please Try Again Later"

Spoke with a Game Advisor via your "Live Chat" on the day I purchased game and after being walked through everything to try and fix the issue, was told I would be contacted within two days via e-mail from someone higher up the food chain to try and resolve the issue, have not been contacted and am very unimpressed with your customer care/service.
Ursula: Please try all the other trouble-shooting steps explained in the first post.
