Re: [MAC] Why am I having trouble downloading, installing, or launching Island Paradise on Mac?

There have been a lot of posts from Mac users regarding being unable to download Island Paradise through Origin with out getting Error message 65538 15000, myself included. I think I've (tenatively) found a soloution.

It seems that the issue is that Origin is blocking my IP for some reason - so I did some forum crawling and downloaded a VPN freeware that would block internet parties from being able to read my IP. The one I used was Hotspot Shield, just google anchorfree and download the free one and install and activate it. If you've already got a paid equivalent of the program, activate it. Now try downloading Island Paradise.

I'm not vouching for/ trying to promote anchorfree - it's currently making my internet browsing a little clunky cause it's blocking ads and such, and I'll be uninstaling it after this dowloads - but Island Paradise is now downloading (very) slowly but steadily.
